ESHL Fabrication

ESHL offer a comprehensive design and fabrication service, which gives customers options on projects where off-site fabrication can save significant installation time on-site, or where a standard solution to a situation is not available.
Using our in-house CAD design facility fabrications can be produced to meet your exact needs.

The ESHL bespoke product range includes:

ESHL have PE butt fusion capabilities from 63mm up to 1200mm Ø and employ a fully trained team for all types of plastic fabrication.
Our fabrication workshop is fully equipped with butt fusion, electro-fusion and socket fusion machines. This includes a fully automatic butt fusion machine for Polyethylene pipe which fabricates fittings up to 1200mm diameter.
We have our own metal fabrication shop to support our installation teams with ancillary products (brackets, supports etc) which includes a CNC profile cutter which can produce backing rings up to and including 2000mm OD.
