Since formation in 1955 ESHL has maintained several teams of experienced pipe system installers.
The combined experience of these teams ensures that the company remains at the forefront of installation techniques.
Our forte is in the fabrication and installation of large diameter and be-spoke plastic pipe systems whatever the application. We also purge, pressure test and chlorinate pipe systems to the client’s requirements.
Our site operatives are City & Guilds qualified in the butt welding and electro-fusion welding of PE pipes and fittings. A number of our operatives are Gas Safe registered for the installation and testing of gas pipe systems and hold NEBOSH health and safety certification.
All of our site operatives hold the necessary CSCS cards for entry and working on construction sites.
In addition to fabrication & installation we also hire out (complete with operative) our own 1200mm site butt welding machine. This machine is capable of welding PE pipe diameters 710mm up to 1200m.
By offering the machine with an experienced trained operative provides the client with a cost effective service and negates the risk of operator error.
