Transporting and the filtration of aggressive materials are ideally suited for Polyethylene (PE) pipes.
ESHL built a formidable reputation within the coal mining industry in the design, fabrication and installation of pipe systems for the transportation and filtration of coal slurries and dirty water both above and below ground.
This product is well suited for similar industries such as Quarries, Cement Works and Gypsum Plants where there is a need to transport or filtrate aggressive, dirty or clean water.

Project: North East Mineral Processing Plant.
Application: Slurries / Dirty Water Conveyance.
Operating Design Parameters: Temperature: Ambient, Operating Pressure: 10 Bar.
Pipe Material: 630mm SDR11 > 63mm OD SDR11 PE100.
Contract Scope:
Design, Supply, Fabricate, Install, Test & Commission various systems in and around a Washing and Processing Plant.
Pipe ranges were systematically drafted and itemised prior to fabrication in our Retford Workshop wherever possible. All support structures were detailed and fabricated in-house prior to delivery to site and erection. This meant only a nominal degree of site fabrication was required for the closure pieces.
