Pre-Insulated Pipe Systems for Chilled Water & Refrigerants (PE, PP, ABS, CU)

With energy prices rising, consumption booming and supplies sometimes under threat, there are both environmental and financial reasons for any commercial undertaking to act to ensure its future position.
ESHL offer a pipe system which comprises of a PE outer casing, CFC free polyurethane cellular foam in the annulus and a carrier pipe in various materials such as PE, PP, Copper or Steel.
This system can be used above or below ground.
As an alternative we can offer an ABS Pre-Insulated pipe system for internal use and in secondary cooling or refrigeration applications.

Application: Conveyance of Brine and Chilled Water.
Operating Design Parameters: Operating Pressure: 6 bar
Operating Temperature: Brine: Minus 2^oC – Minus 25^oC, Chilled Water: 2^oC
Pipe Material: PE100 SDR17
Pipe Sizes:
Outer Pipes: Ranging from 900mm to 90mm
Inner Pipes (carrier pipes): Ranging from 710mm to 32mm

Contract Scope: Systematic replacement of the existing deteriorating steel pipework throughout the factory with a Pre-Insulated PE system. Included within our scope were the Design, Supply, Fabrication and Installation of a new pipework system including pipe supports as required, and for the Testing and Commissioning upon completion.
